Install OneChatBox

1. Download the Windows installer and follow the illustrated installation guide.
2. Open OneChatBox-Setup.exe and follow the Windows prompts.
3. Launch OneChatBox, sign in with your phone number, and follow the device connection flow.

If WhatsApp will not connect

• Confirm that your phone and computer both have a working internet connection.
• Update WhatsApp on your phone and restart OneChatBox.
• Check linked devices in WhatsApp and retry the connection flow.

If OneChatBox will not open

• Confirm you are using 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11.
• Restart Windows, then open OneChatBox again.
• Download a fresh installer from this site and reinstall the application.

Contact support

Include your Windows version, OneChatBox version, the time the problem occurred, and the steps that led to it. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose private conversations.

Never email passwords, one-time codes, or full conversation exports.

Privacy and account requests

For account access or deletion requests, contact support@onechatbox.com. You can remove the linked OneChatBox device from WhatsApp at any time through WhatsApp’s linked-device settings.
